Job Summary
Role: Workday Adaptive Planning Solution Architect
Duration: 6 Months
Number of resources needed: 2
Location & work model: Ottawa ON - Hybrid (primarily remote)
Clearance: Enhanced Reliability required
Project Background:
Planning and Forecasting Solution Support: A government client is looking to develop a planning and forecasting solution in Workday - Adaptive planning. They have developed requirements which will need to be validated and a fit gapped to determine the feasibility of building a planning and forecasting solution in Workday.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Workday Adaptive Planning particularly in planning and forecasting implementations.
Strong background in performing fit-gap analysis and requirements validation.
Expertise in designing solution architecture including data flow diagrams system components middleware and integration points.
Ability to develop detailed technical roadmaps and project plans.
Excellent communication skills to engage with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Experience working with government or public sector clients

- Familiarity with salary forecasting processes and related financial planning concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Workday certification or relevant training in Adaptive Planning.
- Experience with middleware technologies and integration platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile project delivery methodologies.
