Job Description :

Job Overview:

Alpine Building Maintenance is looking for Cleaners for an immediate position located within the Hamilton area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Emptying garbage and recycling bins
  
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables and common areas
  
• Cleaning interior windows and glass surfaces
  
• Cleaning and maintaining washrooms
  
• Operating an auto scrubber to clean floors
  
• Sweeping mopping and spot cleaning as required
  
• Ensuring all assigned areas are clean safe and presentable throughout the shift
  

Other duties and responsibilities as required

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Previous cleaning experience is an asset
  
• Experience operating an auto scrubber is preferred (training can be provided)
  
• Ability to perform light and heavy-duty cleaning tasks
  
• Must be dependable punctual and able to work independently
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Safety shoes required
