Web UI Engineer

Build high-performing real-time digital experiences for complex financial services environments.

The Role

As a Web UI Engineer you will design and develop modern responsive user interfaces for applications that handle complex real-time data.

You will work primarily with React and TypeScript integrating third-party design systems and building intuitive experiences around analytics charting and real-time information. Youll collaborate with technology design and product teams to create scalable maintainable solutions that deliver a strong user experience.

What Youll Do

• Design develop and enhance modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build user interfaces that support real-time data analytics and charting capabilities.
• Integrate third-party design systems into existing React applications while maintaining consistency and usability.
• Develop solutions using grid technologies and WebSockets to support dynamic data-rich experiences.
• Collaborate with design product and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable UI solutions.

What Were Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience developing web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Experience working with grid technologies and WebSockets in data-rich or real-time applications.
• Experience integrating third-party design systems into existing React applications.
• Knowledge of analytics charting and real-time data solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across design product and technology teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Bonus Points For

• Experience within financial services or capital markets.
• Exposure to real-time pricing applications and data.
• Experience with financial analytics and charting systems.
• Understanding of risk systems or other data-intensive financial applications.
• Experience delivering complex front-end solutions within enterprise environments.
