Strong stakeholder communication & ownership
Core Responsibilities
Lead endtoend web application delivery
Work across frontend backend and platform teams
Drive architecture decisions with execution focus
Ensure scalability performance and security
Mentor teams & enforce coding/design best practices
Preferred Skills
Experience in large transformation or migration programs
Understanding of microservices architecture
Exposure to DevOps / CICD pipelines
Knowledge of performance optimization & accessibility
