Warranty Coordinator

Job Title: Warranty Coordinator (2-6 Month Contract)Reporting To: Warranty ManagerDepartment: Home Services Rate of Pay: $25.47 - As per collective agreementLocation: 30 High Meadow Pl File Number:3532Closing Date:June 29 2026Hours: 35 hours per week: Monday to Friday 7:30am 3:00pmSummary:This position fulfils an important role in the product & parts supply channel and is responsible for processing controlling warranty and part returns through the Warranty Department on behalf of the Service Patches. Other duties include the co-ordination of part returns from the FSL locations across Ontario; processing and managing claims to vendors and manufacturers for warranty / vendor :Assist and follow up with emails sent to from internal team and external customersScreen qualify and submit warranty claims to vendors/manufacturers daily from ClarifyComplete weekly submission reports to our vendors for credits/paymentsReconcile claims update system with credit notes for standard claims (Clarify) and VCMs (GERS)Handle parts at High Meadow -Sort/Scrap -following 5S for our warehouseWork all FSLs warranty/new parts return lists and submit claims to vendor weekly for creditsFollow up with vendors for outstanding credits Qualifications:Grade 12 education or equivalent Excellent computer skills (Clarify Excel GERS) Good working knowledge & understanding of all warehouse processes Excellent interpersonal skills resultsoriented Excellent communication skills Ability to lift to 80 lbs. Forklift License in place or willing to be trained (re-)certified if neededWilling to work in a team environment and able to work in a warehouse environment safety shoes are mandatory Ability to work in a fast-paced pressure-filled areaThis position applies to UNIFOR Local 975.
