Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests submitted through online portals email video calls and telephone in a timely manner.
• Investigate operational and system-related issues identify root causes and coordinate effective resolutions.
• Provide guidance and support on warehouse processes procedures and best practices.
• Support warehouse operations teams with the implementation of new processes and systems including occasional travel to branch locations.
• Coordinate and manage inventory accuracy programs including communication and issue escalation with operational leaders and quality teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with inventory control requirements.
• Support hose assembly and kitting activities to ensure accurate setup service definitions and timely delivery.
• Prepare and distribute regular operational reports for warehouse supervisors and leadership teams.
• Contribute reporting and performance metrics for operational and business review meetings.
• Develop and maintain process documentation procedures and training materials.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with employees and departments across the organization.

Qualifications

Experience

• Three to five years of hands-on experience in a warehouse distribution centre logistics or supply chain environment.
• Experience working with warehouse management systems and handheld scanning devices.
• Experience supporting inventory control inventory accuracy or warehouse operations processes.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to document processes and procedures.
