Were looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and help build a culture of safety teamwork and continuous this role youll play a critical part in supporting business success by overseeing daily operations developing team members and ensuring inventory and order accuracy.
Job Description:
What Youll Do
As our Warehouse Supervisor you will:
Lead and support a team of warehouse employees to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding service.
Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving storage inventory management and shipping.
Coach train and mentor team members while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Monitor workflow productivity and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
Ensure inventory accuracy through effective inventory control practices and cycle counts.
Prepare and maintain operational reports and performance tracking.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Promote and maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
What You Bring
Were looking for someone who combines operational expertise with strong leadership skills:
25 years of warehouse logistics or distribution experience.
Previous supervisory team lead or people leadership experience.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management practices.
Experience in a leadership role preferably within a customer-facing environment.
Excellent communication coaching and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
A passion for developing people and fostering a collaborative team culture.
