Job Summary

Lynden Healthcareis seeking a detail-oriented QPIC Support to provide warehouse/operational support to the controlled substances QPIC/AQPIC THIS POSITION: LOCATION: Calgary AlbertaDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Receiving Offload inbound receipts and fill out necessary receiving paperwork with QPIC and re-palletize inbound shipments. Receiving incoming product in an accurate and timely manner. following standard receiving processes after receiving Lead QPIC authorization. Following client receiving procedures when receiving stock. Picking Select products using Radio Frequency Units (RFs) form the proper locations based on written criteria and procedures or from a Pick/Pack list if working in a non-RF environment. Identify the released status of products and notify Lead QPIC if a problem is products according to client procedures and GMPs. Carry out unique order selection requirements based on Lead QPICs instructions. Shipping Load and unload trailers with pallet orders and palletized courier orders after receiving QPIC authorization. Inspect both incoming and outbound trailers according to standard operating procedures e.g. cleanliness. Palletize wrap and label pallet orders with necessary labels accurately. Generate shipping labels and ASN labels for orders ensuring COS requirements are met. Assisting the Dispatch Clerk in ensuring that carriers are provided with the proper shipping manifests and/or shipping that outbound and incoming CPC and/or CHEP pallets are documented accordingly. Returns Receiving sorting and counting and documenting quantities of returned returns based on Client procedures and requirements. Ensuring returns are stored in the proper areas and under proper conditions. Providing information to the Lead QPIC regarding any unique duties Assist QPIC/AQPIC with filing of any CDS related documents. Perform general housekeeping of vault and surrounding area. Stock replenishments in vault for inbound receipts. Other duties as REQUIRED:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. several times throughout the day. Good verbal and written communication. Ability to write clearly following Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Must be detail oriented organized and neat. Must be familiar with warehouse products and receiving/picking/shipping/returns procedures as applicable. This includes RF Guns and WMS systems. Able to count accurately. Ability to safely operate mobile equipment if required (Shipping). Clear criminal record & EXPERIENCE:Minimum Education Required: Secondary School DiplomaPreferred Experience: 1-year warehouse experience plus 6 months on-the-job-training.
