We are seeking an accomplished Vice President Operations to lead a large multi-site operation and drive continued growth operational excellence and business performance across Ontario.

This executive role is responsible for shaping strategy leading operational execution strengthening client relationships and developing high-performing teams. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of leading large-scale operations managing complex business portfolios and delivering sustainable results.

As Vice President Operations you will:

• Partner with senior executives to execute strategic priorities and organizational initiatives.
• Lead the strategic direction and operational performance of the Ontario business.
• Drive business growth financial performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage financial performance including budgeting forecasting and P&L accountability.
• Use data innovation and operational best practices to improve performance and scalability.

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven executive leader with:

• Significant experience leading complex operations and large-scale teams.
• Proven success managing financial performance and business growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing key client relationships.
• The ability to lead through change influence across an organization and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
