What Youll Do

• Support and implement vendor and customer API integrations ensuringtheyreset up correctly and running smoothly in production.

• Investigate and resolveproductionAPI issues debugging complex problems and working with stakeholders to keep things moving.

• Build monitoring alerts and dashboards that help us spot issues early and keep our APIs reliable.

• Deliver bug fixes enhancements and operational improvements that make our APIs easier to use and more stable over time.

• Collaborate with customers vendors and internal engineering teams to ensure seamless API adoption and support.

What Youll Bring

• A university degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science or a combination of education andpreviousexperience would be considered.

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with object-oriented programming (Java or C# preferred).

• Comfortable building and supporting REST APIs in cloud environments like AWS.

• Great communicator who works well in collaborative cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with test-driven development and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.

• Familiarity with Spring Boot or similar frameworks.

• Background in fintech payments or regulated industries with exposure to customer-facing integrations and incident response.
