About the Role:

The Vehicle Capture Representative will oversee the coordination and optimization of inventory capture across multiple storage and facility locations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records capturing declarations and effective collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized data-driven and an eye for detail.

What youll do:

• Accurately capture and upload the vehicle data to internal systems.
• Maintain accurate and updated vehicle data in the internal systems.
• Perform all vehicle inspections with major attention to detail in order to provide a high quality listing for customers and minimize errors cancelled sales and arbitration.
• Collaborate closely with the wholesale department to streamline logistics processes and ensure efficient vehicle movement between storage sites.
• Work in different storage sites dealerships and auction sites to capture vehicles timely.
• Oversee junior vehicle capture representatives and shuttle drivers to provide training guidance and support.

• Strong attention to detail - critical for accurate captures.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working 100% on-site with a rotating schedule that includes weekends
• License: Valid Class 5 drivers license.
• Driving Record: Clean drivers abstract with no major infractions.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission.
• Work schedule: 5 days/week including weekend availability based on operational needs.

• Background in automotive data capture or a related field (0-2 years of experience).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Wage: $22 per hour
