As a VAS Associate you will join a dedicated team at our Millcreek Distribution Centre in Mississauga Ontario. You will report to the VAS Supervisor during the AM shift which runs from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

What You Will Get To Do

• Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
• Assist with quality assurance processes as needed to ensure product excellence.
• Build and assemble product displays according to customer specifications and guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with team members to support shared goals and deliver strong results.
• Prioritize workplace safety at all times adhering to all safety protocols and best practices.

Who You Are

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• 1-2 years experience in a distribution environment
• Must be flexible and able to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision
• Must be flexible for overtime and weekend to meet business demands
• Strong attention to detail is mandatory
• Forklift Certification is an asset
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Must have good manual dexterity
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with an RF device is an asset
• Flexible team player
• Consistently punctual and reliable supporting team success.
• Collaborate effectively to achieve goals and foster a positive environment.
• Bring energy motivation and a strong team attitude to every shift.
• Excel in fast-paced settings with a positive professional demeanor.
