Used Equipment Sales Coordinator

Total Compensation: $56000 to $60000 per year. This range is regarding base salary and does not include benefits. Overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographical location skillset education and Material Handling is seeking a detailoriented and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations at our Woodbridge ON branch. This role is responsible for processing equipment orders maintaining accurate inventory and documentation and ensuring smooth communication between Sales Vendors Service Shipping and Customers. This job posting is for an existing ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and place equipment orders with OEMs to fulfill customer as the primary liaison between Sales Representatives and Vendors regarding order submissions specifications lead times and delivery received used equipment into the SILK operating system and maintain accurate inventory and verify purchase orders for equipment ordered through SILK process all supplier invoices and forward them to Accounts enter all required data into the operating system including equipment descriptions model details year options and warranty ongoing communication to Sales Representatives and customersverbally and via emailregarding order status and work orders for PDI and equipment and coordinate work orders with the Service Department to support equipment preparation and maintain delivery and coordinate deliveries by working closely with Shipping Sales Representatives and customers to confirm delivery and issue shipping documents containing all necessary details for the Shipping international equipment shipments by preparing accurate customs documents managing border clearance requirements and ensuring all paperwork meets regulatory and carrier customer sales invoices in accordance with signed sales organized and up-to-date filing systems once equipment has accuracy organization and timely completion of all administrative in a material handling or equipment dealership environment is considered an do not require Canadian work experience for this customer service skills (written and verbal) with the ability to handle inquiries resolve issues and maintain professional in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and organized with strong problemsolving to prioritize multitask and work independently in a fastpaced with strong attention to detail and accountability.
