Role Description
TSYS Tech Lead Expectations:
TSYS application knowledge including TS2 TLP Quick Remit CentreSuite APIs MQs and green screens/options.
Expertise in TSYS for both Consumer and Commercial platforms.
TSYS/Bank integration knowledge is advantageous.
Knowledge of G&D Symcor and MasterCard interfaces is an advantage.
Lead the implementation of platform-led projects for both testing and production.
Lead all technical activities and assessments.
Experience in API and MQ with the ability to understand and analyze request/response messages for issue triage and investigations. Top 3 Required Skills
TSYS/TS2 credit card functionality knowledge across different modules including:
Statements
Options
Authorizations
Rewards
New Card Onboarding
Quick Remit
CentreSuite
Hands-on experience with TSYS batch files.
Experience in API and MQ with the ability to understand and analyze request/response messages for issue triage and investigations.
Top 3 Preferred Skills Experience working with vendors such as MasterCard Visa Symcor and G&D. TSYS production support experience. Incident management using ServiceNow including tracking incidents through to closure.
