Overview

The Truck Driver / Material Handler / Shipper Receiver is a key memberof the NTS Manufacturing Group. This role will support the Planning/Shippingdepartment while reporting directly to Planning Manager.

Hiring Immediately - Truck Driver / MaterialHandler / Shipper Receiver - Driving a truck with 30 gooseneck trailer ismandatory

Responsibilities

Operation offorklift including pallets and 30 tubular and overhead crane operations.

Responsibilitiesinclude material handling with pallet jacks and forklifts.

Strapping withmetal and fabric banding finish product onto pallets for shipping.

Shrink wrappingpallets and attaching delivery notes to pallets prior to shipping.

Loading andunloading trucks with forklift outside facility.

Receiving raw barstock.

Managing andorganizing stock material in yard and shop.

Empty chip hoppersas required into the proper container.

Learn how to runbasic machine shop equipment such as a saw and shot peen machine.

Inventory Control(receiving managing and issue to BOM)

Receive customersupplied tools visual inspection and entering in ERP system

Receiving purchaseorders.

Closing work ordersand preparing delivery ticket and shipping documents.

Managing shipping /receiving 3rd party venders.

Commercial invoicesfor international freights.

Misc. housekeepingand safety duties.

Perform otherduties as assigned.

Requirements

2 years productionexperience in a manufacturing environment a plus.

Ability to drive atruck hauling a 30 gooseneck trailer loaded with down hole drilling tools.

Prior experience inforklift overhead crane operations and material handling experience preferred.

Knowledge ofvarious manufacturing process equipment overhead cranes power hand toolspreferred.

Ability to maintainprimary job duties with little supervision.

Requires goodverbal and written communication skills knowledge of basic computer skillsand have the ability to perform work in accordance withestablished safety procedures and standard operating procedures.
