Are you ready to make a tangible impact on transportation safety and policy in Alberta As a Compliance Analyst youll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of Albertas compliance programs. This is your opportunity to apply deep regulatory expertise guide the administration of essential programs and help shape the future of road safety across the province.
In this specialized role you will serve as the operational lead for Albertas Auditing Program and a subject matter expert across multiple elements of the Compliance Program. Youll work independently and collaboratively with teams across the Ministry industry partners and auditors to ensure that approximately 18000 commercial carriers operate within the boundaries of Albertas and Canadas safety standards. Your contributions will directly inform program decisions policy development and strategic improvements that impact both industry operations and public safety.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a lead analyst in the development and administration of Albertas Auditing Program.
- Preparing detailed reports briefings and recommendations that support senior decision-making and ongoing program improvement.
- Monitoring compliance trends evaluating operational outcomes and identifying areas for innovation and policy enhancement.
- Leading the recruitment onboarding and contract management processes for the Auditing Program.
- Managing program records correspondence and documentation with precision to uphold fairness and regulatory integrity.
- Engaging internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure program transparency consistency and alignment with changing legislation.
