We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Technician to join a growing team specializing in trailer tarp systems rolling structures and transportation equipment. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations repairs and service work.

Key Responsibilities:

Install trailer tarp systems rolling structures tracks bows rollers locks and tensioning systems

Diagnose and repair tarp systems frames hardware hydraulic/electrical components and related equipment

Perform inspections troubleshooting operational testing and preventative maintenance

Complete accurate labour notes repair documentation and quality checklists

Maintain safe clean and professional work practices in both shop and field environments

What Were Looking For:

Mechanical experience with trailers truck equipment tarp systems fabrication or similar equipment

Strong ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Ability to read work orders measurements drawings and service notes

Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working around large trailers in active shop environments

Welding hydraulics electrical troubleshooting forklift or fabrication experience is considered an asset
