About This Role:

Workplace Arrangements:
This is a fully remote role! The incumbent may be asked to come onsite to our Ottawa Ontario Home Office quarterly for team gatherings.

What Youll Be Doing:

What Youll Bring:

• Completion of post-secondary education in Business or HR.

• 3-5 years of compensation and/or recognition experience.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines with a high level of attention to detail and maintain confidential information.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple competing priorities.

• Intermediate knowledge of provincial legislation Canada-wide in particular pay equity and pay transparency.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to distill large quantities of data into a meaningful format.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Advanced Excel skills (i.e. vlookups pivots etc)

Assets You May Have:

• Knowledge of Workday

• Bilingual FR/EN

Short Term Incentive Plan: This role includes an annual bonus opportunity based on the percentage of base salary listed above with payout determined by company and individual performance.
