Territory Sales Manager-Hospital Solutions
Job Summary
- Build and grow relationships within hospital systems across the London-Kitchener-Waterloo territory.
- Identify unmet needs and position solutions that improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
- Maintain a consistent presence in hospitals through regular in-person engagement.
- Support clinicians with product knowledge training and ongoing service.
- Manage a diverse product portfolio across multiple departments (Emergency ICU NICU Oncology) and use cases.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field (Science Business or Healthcare preferred)
- 2 years of experience in medical device sales.
- Experience working within hospital environments and navigating multiple departments.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- History of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Naturally comfortable engaging with clinicians procurement teams and hospital stakeholders.
- Ability to manage a complex product portfolio across multiple call points.
- Organized and disciplined with territory planning and CRM usage.
- Confident communicator who can handle both clinical and business conversations.
- Motivated to learn and grow within a competitive sales environment.
- Competitive compensation structure with performance incentives including an annual salary starting at $80000.
