Job Summary

Overview

Adastra is seeking a Technical Lead/Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of data and analytics initiatives. This role requires a results-oriented professional who can proactively manage execution translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure successful project outcomes. The Technical Lead/PM will collaborate closely with engineering teams stakeholders and business partners to manage delivery resolve blockers assess technical risks and maintain project momentum.

Work Model: Hybrid 3-Days Onsite (Brampton)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects from planning through implementation
  • Drive project execution by proactively identifying risks dependencies and blockers to maintain delivery momentum
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical plans in collaboration with engineering teams
  • Assess technical risks timelines estimates and delivery approaches with sufficient technical depth to challenge assumptions where required
  • Manage stakeholder communication expectations and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure accountability across project teams to achieve defined outcomes milestones and deadlines
  • Collaborate with technical teams business stakeholders and leadership to support successful project delivery
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address issues impacting scope schedule or quality

QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years of experience leading technical projects preferably within data engineering analytics or business intelligence environments
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end technical project delivery from planning through implementation
  • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions and execution plans
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify analyze and resolve delivery challenges
  • Experience working with engineering teams and technical stakeholders in complex project environments
  • Strong communication stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Ability to assess technical risks timelines estimates and dependencies effectively
  • Experience driving accountability and delivering projects within defined timelines

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as BigQuery Dataflow and Cloud Composer
  • Experience delivering data platforms analytics solutions or BI initiatives
  • Previous experience working within large enterprise environments
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and project management practices
