We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Lead / Senior Engineer with 810 years of experience to drive end-to-end delivery of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) modern technology stacks and Agile methodologies along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technology solutions from requirement gathering to production deployment.
Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices including design development testing release and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering product QA and operations.
Drive system integration architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for smooth and automated deployments.
Oversee change management processes and ensure minimal business disruption.
Monitor application performance using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.
Ensure alignment with UI/UX principles and customer-centric design.
Act as a technical mentor to engineering teams and guide best practices.
Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and manage risks and dependencies.
810 years of relevant experience in software engineering and delivery leadership roles.
Core Technical Requirements:
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Working knowledge of:
Java-based applications and ecosystems
APIs and Microservices (Microapps architecture)
UI/UX design principles
System design and architecture
System integration methodologies
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Monitoring tools: Dynatrace Splunk
Familiarity with Change Management processes in enterprise environments.
