Reporting to the Supervisor Preboarding the successful candidate will lead a team of Recruitment Coordinators who support Recruiters on administrative and coordination activities throughout the recruitment process. This role provides leadership ensures consistent execution of processes and drives initiatives that improve efficiency and overall candidate and stakeholder experience.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day work of a team of recruitment coordinators ensuring efficient delivery of coordination activities (e.g. requisition creation and finalization interview scheduling job advertisement creation and more)
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership and other Centers of Excellence to identify and support implementation of process improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery
- Serve as a subject matter expert in recruitment processes and the SuccessFactors Recruiting module; provide guidance training and solutions to support the team
- Ensure consistent high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience by maintaining standardized processes resolving issues and addressing inquiries in a timely manner
- Plan review and monitor team standards and KPIs to improve performance levels and exceed customer expectations
- Establish monitor and report on team performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and accountability
- Use ATS data audits to reinforce standard processes coach coordinators on accuracy and compliance fulfill ad hoc reporting requests and continuously improve data quality that underpins recruiting metrics
- Manage certain recruitment-related operational expenses and adhere to budget guidelines
- Lead and contribute to HR and organizational projects outside of the day-to-day recruitment operations
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or related discipline preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 4 years of recruitment experience preferably including exposure to team leadership or mentorship
- Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems preferably in SuccessFactors
- Strong knowledge of recruitment policies processes and compliance requirements
- Experience supporting recruitment across multiple locations functions and talent segments
- Strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills
- Effective collaboration and communication skills
