The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role involves attracting identifying and hiring qualified candidates based on their expertise while taking into account the necessary skills to perform the job. Additionally the role requires excellent communication skills as you will be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced role is required to attract and retain the best talent to support Family Days strategic initiatives primarily in the field of Early Childhood :Collaborate with hiring managers to understand internal and external staffing job postings on various job boards and the Agency initial candidate screenings and interview and update candidate databases and applicant tracking reference checks collect required documents and prepare offer with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive the onboarding process for new and maintain relationships with external recruitment and respond to recruitment-related inquiries and diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company improve recruitment processes and and participate in job fairs and recruitment administrative support to the HR team as :2-5 years of progressive responsibility in Human Resources recruitment and some generalist experience. Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Business or a related field is understanding of recruitment best practices and organizational and time management communication and interpersonal in using applicant tracking systems.
