Job Summary

Reporting to the Talent acquisition Supervisor the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and will play a key role in maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for the business units they support.

What Youre Responsible For:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each role.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers regarding recruitment strategies interview techniques and candidate assessments.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and leadership to align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings sourcing resume screening interviews and offer negotiations.
  • Conduct comprehensive sourcing activities including market mapping direct outreach and candidate engagement to build talent pipelines and support key hiring needs.
  • Promote the companys culture values and employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Participate in job fairs networking events and other recruitment-related activities to represent the company and build relationships with potential candidates.

Qualifications :

To Join Our Team:

  • You have 35 years of experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • You have a proven ability to source and attract talent in competitive markets.
  • You have strong experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to partner with and influence hiring managers.
  • You have a solid understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong focus on candidate experience.
  • You are fluent in both French and English.
  • You hold a valid drivers license.
