Working closely with hiring leaders and the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will help attract assess and onboard professionals who contribute to exceptional patient by our brand DNAClarity through Caring you will play a critical role in attracting highly specialized healthcare professionals while helping to shape the future workforce of our Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Supportand manageend-to-end recruitment processes includingpreparingsourcing screeningselectionhiringand onboarding coordination. Strategic Talent Acquisition:Executeand contribute toinnovative recruitment strategies to attract highly specialized healthcare professionals. Pipeline Development: Build strong talent poolsfor specialized and difficult-to-fill positionsbyidentifyingand engaging top talent from professional networks industry associations educational institutions social media events conferences and other recruitment channels. Coaching and Mentorship:Guide hiring leaders and internal partners on recruitment-related matters including strategy talent market considerations hiring processes and selection best practices while ensuring compliance with legislative standards and industry best practices. TalentMarketing:Create compelling recruitmentmaterialsincluding job postingsoutreach messagesand social mediacontentthat reflect our commitment to Clarity through Caring. Community Engagement:Represent CDC at industry conferences career fairs networking events and other recruitment initiatives helping promote CDCs culture values and employee experience to prospective candidates. Talent AcquisitionAnalytics:Trackandmonitorrecruitment metrics to inform decisionsidentifyopportunities for improvement and help drive sustainable change. Collaboration: Partner withHiring ManagersHR Advisors Payroll &Benefits andother teams to help deliver a seamless and thoughtfulTalent Acquisitionexperience. Improve Processes and Programs: Contribute to the ongoing evolution of recruitment tools processes strategies and projects. Uphold Standards and Compliance: Promote adherence to protocols processes legislative and regulatory requirements. Expand Expertise: Engage in ongoing professional development staying up to date on industry best practices to provideinnovativesolutionsand informedinsights to hiring leaders. WhatWereLooking For Talent Acquisition Expertise:Demonstratedfull-cycle recruitment experience encompassingpreparation sourcing screeningselectionhiring and onboardingwith the ability to support specializedand difficult-to-fillsearches in alignment with best practices and employment legislation. Pipeline DevelopmentSkills:Success supportingandcreatingattractionstrategiestoidentify engage and nurturerelationships withcurrent andfuture candidates. Industry Experience:Backgroundrecruitingin a healthcare environment or another technical or regulated environment such as engineering software energy or professional services. Education: Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field. Professional Membership:RPR orCPHR designation is an asset. Technology Proficiency:Comfort usingcomplex business tools and systems including Applicant Tracking Systems Microsoft Office and integrated human resources information systems such as Ceridian Dayforce. Talent Marketing:Experience creating clear and compelling recruitment materials including job postings outreach messages and social media content.
