Senior Systems Testing / QA Specialist

Results-driven QA Specialist with extensive experience in software quality assurance test planning test execution defect management and automation testing across enterprise applications. Proven expertise in designing comprehensive test strategies developing detailed test plans test cases test scripts and executing functional integration system regression user acceptance performance and API testing initiatives.
Hands-on experience supporting testing activities within Microsoft Power Apps environments and working in Agile delivery teams utilizing Azure DevOps and JIRA for sprint planning test management defect tracking and release coordination. Strong experience performing API testing using Postman validating business processes integrations and backend services across complex application ecosystems.
Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining QA documentation test execution reports traceability matrices defect metrics test summaries and other testing artifacts to support project governance and quality objectives. Experienced in collaborating with Business Analysts Product Owners Developers and stakeholders to review user stories clarify acceptance criteria and ensure complete test coverage.
Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Agile Scrum methodologies ITIL processes and quality assurance best practices. Experienced in validating data integrity through SQL queries and backend testing performing data migration and transformation testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities through planning execution issue management and stakeholder sign-off.
Proficient with testing tools including Azure DevOps JIRA Postman Selenium ALM/Quality Center TestRail and Zephyr. Experience conducting performance load stress security accessibility (AODA) and non-functional testing to ensure system reliability scalability compliance and user satisfaction.
Experience testing Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications including Case Management systems Oracle-based solutions and enterprise web applications. Strong analytical troubleshooting communication and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to identify root causes resolve defects efficiently and deliver high-quality software solutions within project timelines.
