This position is key to delivering a successful CRM transformation that enhances customer engagement and sales productivityKey Responsibilities:Lead discovery and analysis efforts with Sales Marketing and Service teams to fully understand existing CRM-related processes and identify improvement areas. Your insights will inform how Salesforce is configured and rolled user inputs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements and solution designs specifying how Salesforce featuressuch as flows automation custom objects and validationsshould operate to meet business out workflows and CRM journeys in formats that are clear and actionable for both technical teams and end-users. Utilize tools such as Lucidchart or Visio to visualize key interactions like lead routing opportunity stages and customer as the internal lead working closely with Salesforce implementation partners or consultants. Track deliverables monitor vendor timelines and ensure partner output is aligned with business alongside project teams to prepare for and execute data migration efforts validating field mapping and performing spot checks to confirm accuracy and completeness across key Salesforce in developing test scenarios and executing functional and UAT cycles. Help diagnose issues during testing and verify resolution of defects to ensure a stable instructional materials organize practical training sessions and serve as a knowledgeable resource during and after go-live. Monitor adoption trends and provide hands-on support as users begin working in the live -deployment gather feedback and usage metrics and coordinate with business units to evaluate enhancement requests. Recommend improvements that align with evolving business needs and Salesforce platform to conversations around integration design between Salesforce and other systems such as ERP email platforms or customer support tools. Ensure information flows are clean and a comprehensive record of requirements decisions process designs test plans and configuration outcomes.
