Job Title: Systems Administrator/Operations Support Specialist - Intermediate

Must Have
- Experience identifying and resolving complex application and system issues
- Experience supporting contact center solutions including Amazon Connect ComputerTalk (Icebar) and NICE workforce management
- Ability to quickly learn program areas IT systems and business environments
- Experience performing software upgrades applying patches monitoring workload and optimizing system performance
Description
Responsibilities
- Provide systems administration and operations support for enterprise systems
- Set up and manage user access profiles backup and recovery processes
- Perform daily system monitoring and operations support activities
- Execute software upgrades patch deployments and system configuration updates
- Monitor system performance and workload trends to optimize resource utilization
- Support and maintain networked systems and infrastructure
- Provide technical support and customer interface for system changes and enhancements
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system and application issues
- Coordinate with teams to support system reliability and operational efficiency

- Experience with system administration and operations support activities
