Job Summary

Job Title: Systems Administrator/Operations Support Specialist - Intermediate
Location: Toronto Ontario
Work Model: Onsite

Description / Responsibilities / Skills

Must Have

  • Experience identifying and resolving complex application and system issues
  • Experience supporting contact center solutions including Amazon Connect ComputerTalk (Icebar) and NICE workforce management
  • Ability to quickly learn program areas IT systems and business environments
  • Experience performing software upgrades applying patches monitoring workload and optimizing system performance

Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide systems administration and operations support for enterprise systems
  • Set up and manage user access profiles backup and recovery processes
  • Perform daily system monitoring and operations support activities
  • Execute software upgrades patch deployments and system configuration updates
  • Monitor system performance and workload trends to optimize resource utilization
  • Support and maintain networked systems and infrastructure
  • Provide technical support and customer interface for system changes and enhancements
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system and application issues
  • Coordinate with teams to support system reliability and operational efficiency
