Job Summary

WHY WE NEED YOU

Our infrastructure doesnt stand still. Servers networks storage and the systems that monitor them all need someone who treats keeping the lights on as a floor not a ceiling someone who maintains whats there spots whats about to break and pushes the environment forward with the rest of the IT team.

Youll work close to the ground configuring testing monitoring patching troubleshooting while staying connected to the bigger picture: the infrastructure roadmap the IT team is building together. That means you need to be as comfortable in a server room or on a network diagram as you are documenting a fix so the next person doesnt have to solve it twice.

WHY YOU WILL (OR WONT) LIKE WORKING HERE

Youll love this job if you want real ownership over infrastructure that touches every site in a large growing manufacturing company and if youd rather fix the root cause than the symptom.

You wont love it if you need everything already figured out. Were a manufacturing company that moves fast and evolves constantly some of our processes are mature some are still being defined and youll have a hand in shaping both. If a little ambiguity feels like opportunity youll be right at home.
