What You Will Do:

• Lead system optimization initiatives to improve throughput reliability asset utilization and financial performance across the Liquids Pipelines network.

• Develop and maintain integrated operational hydraulic and economic models to support strategic planning forecasting and investment decisions.

• Identify evaluate and quantify opportunities to enhance EBITDA through operational commercial and energy optimization strategies.

• Analyze system constraints expansion opportunities market access alternatives and capacity recovery initiatives to support long-term growth.

• Lead power market and energy cost analyses including utility rate structures procurement strategies forecasting and efficiency opportunities.

• Partner with Commercial Operations Engineering Finance and Regulatory teams to develop business cases and strategic recommendations.

• Apply advanced analytics scenario modeling and optimization techniques to drive data-based decision making and continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

• University degree in Engineering Economics Mathematics Finance Data Science Operations Research Business or a related analytical discipline.

• 7 years of experience in energy utilities infrastructure transportation oil & gas consulting analytics or related industries.

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with experience developing economic operational or forecasting models.

• Proven ability to translate complex technical and financial analysis into clear business recommendations and strategic insights.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across multiple functions.

• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Python SQL Power BI Tableau SAS or similar platforms is considered an asset.

• Experience developing business cases for large capital investments or strategic initiatives.

• Knowledge of optimization methodologies simulation modeling forecasting or operations research techniques.

Preferred:

• Experience with pipeline operations energy markets power markets utility rate structures or regulated infrastructure businesses is preffered.

• Advanced credentials such as an MBA Masters degree . CFA would be an asset.
