About the role

As a Support Worker your role will beto assist a diverse range of clients with activities of daily living in their homes and out in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with general domestic tasks meal preparation and laundry assistance
  • Supporting clients with personal care respite care social support and transport services
  • Promote client choice positive routines and activities ensuring they are meaningful to the client

About you

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or working towards
  • Current and valid Drivers Licence insured reliable motor vehicle and smart mobile phone
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
  • Proficiency in use of technology such as smart phones email and internet
