Your Role Your Impact

• Ensure scalable support systems for seamless rail operations across networks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system integration and performance
• Maintain high reliability standards through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Automation Robotics Railway Engineering or other relevant discipline;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in previous rail fleet and infra systems engineering experience
• performing routine maintenance troubleshooting and repair work on mechanical/electrical equipment
• Proficiency in system integration troubleshooting and technical documentation
• Strong understanding of rail operations safety standards and support processes
• Knowledge of rolling stock equipment and/or infra maintenance
• Excellent communication teamwork and leadership skills for managing projects

• Salary Range: The expected compensation for this role is $80000 $105000 CAD per year plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills experience and internal equity.
