We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Supply Chain Supervisor to support our Logistics team at our North York site.
This role is responsible for ensuring product availability optimizing inventory levels and aligning demand production procurement and logistics activities. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence improving planning processes and building a high-performing team that supports business growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end supply planning activities to ensure consistent product availability
Translate demand forecasts into actionable supply and production plans
Maintain optimal inventory levels while achieving target service levels
Identify root causes of supply or inventory gaps and implement corrective actions
Partner closely with Demand Planning Procurement Manufacturing Logistics and Finance teams
Support new product introductions (NPI) to ensure supply readiness and smooth launches
Communicate risks constraints and mitigation plans clearly to stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements automation and system optimization
Lead and develop a team fostering accountability ownership and high performance

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering or a related field
5 years of experience in supply planning production planning or logistics operations
2 years of experience leading or supervising a team
Strong ERP/MRP system experience (Syspro 8 is an asset)
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with planning tools
