We are looking for aSupply Chain Operations Specialistwho is analytical collaborativeand proactive to join us in our Market Supply Chain operations team based is a hyrid position that is based in our Oakville ONoffices.

About the role

You will help maximize supply chain performance for the assigned market by supporting service levels cost effectiveness product launches and delivery of medicines to patients. You willidentifyrisks improve processes support compliant operations and partner across teams to keep market supply reliable.

Whoyoullwork with

You will work with local commercial leaders and colleagues across quality regulatory finance global supply chain information technology and third-partylogisticspartners. Together you will strengthen forecasting distribution systems reporting vendor collaboration and continuous improvement across the market.

Whatyoulldo

• Manage local product order distribution and stock allocation activities.
• Support demand forecasting planning launch readiness and inventory risk management.
• Improve business processes data quality and system functionality.
• Analyze delivery performance forecast accuracy and improvement opportunities.
• Support vendor meetings audit readiness and regulated supply processes.
• Maintain process documentation and contribute to local projects.

Minimumrequirements

• Bachelors degree
• 3 yearsof supply chain or related experience
• Fluent in English

Preferred requirements

• Supply chain certification
• Experience collaborating with commercial quality regulatory finance andlogisticspartners.
• Strong analytical prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with demand planning distribution systems or regulated operations.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution temperature control and serialization.
• Experience improving processes using data and stakeholder input.
• Comfort working with enterprise planning and business systems.

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $96000 - $126000 annually. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge skills experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range
