Job Description:
The Supply Chain Associate is a permanent full-time opportunity designed to build the next generation of Procurement professionals. During the first two years the associate will build foundational Procurement knowledge and gain exposure to a range of work experiences across Strategic Sourcing Vendor Management Contract Management and Procurement Operations and Delivery. This early development period supports the associate in building core capabilities in third-party lifecycle management (selecting risk assessing contracting and managing third parties) operational excellence and business partnerships.
Working with experienced Procurement leaders and their teams the associate contributes to business initiatives supplier engagements sourcing activities process improvements and reporting while building the technical analytical and leadership capabilities required to succeed in an increasing data- and AI-enabled Procurement organization.
Successful hires will have the opportunity to contribute to a range of Procurement activities and develop the skills outlined below. These examples are illustrative and not all-inclusive.
- Support sourcing vendor management contract management and procurement operations activities across multiple business units.
- Build an understanding of Procurements role in enabling business strategy managing third-party procurement risk and delivering value.
- Develop effective working relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute ideas analysis and recommendations.
- Support competitive sourcing events including RFIs RFPs RFQs supplier evaluations and commercial analysis.
- Assist with spend analysis market research supplier benchmarking and category planning.
- Help prepare sourcing documentation negotiation materials and recommendation summaries.
- Support supplier governance activities including performance reviews issue management and operational reporting.
- Assist in monitoring supplier performance contractual obligations and service level commitments.
- Participate in contract administration and lifecycle activities.
- Use approved digital analytics automation and AI-enabled tools to support research data analysis and document preparation.
- Help identify opportunities to simplify and improve activities through technology and automation.
- Analyze information and validate AI-generated outputs with guidance from experienced team members.
- Support procurement systems reporting data quality and operational processes.
- Support with key initiatives to drive operational excellence
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes improve efficiency and enhance the stakeholder experience.
- Assist with policy adherence third-party risk requirements and documentation standards.
- Prepare dashboards presentations and executive-ready materials.
- Apply what you learned in school while building foundational Procurement experience in a best-in-class organization.
- Participate in learning mentoring coaching and networking opportunities to develop Procurement capabilities.
- Open doors to future Procurement career opportunities while building foundational skills and experience.
- Bachelors degree certificate or equivalent in Supply Chain Management Business Commerce Finance Economics Operations Management or a related discipline.
- Recent graduate (typically within 12 months).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in an in-person networking event with Line of Business (LOB) leaders at 120 Bremner Blvd during the second week of September. Following the networking event selected candidates will be invited to complete a formal in-person interview as part of the hiring process.
