Supervisor, Tooling
Job Summary
From Tool Hub leadership and asset management to technology implementation and process optimization youll play a critical role in improving productivity supporting operational excellence and driving consistency across our network. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative leader who thrives on innovation accountability and delivering measurable business results.
We anticipate the base salary for this position will be between $100-$110. Actual salary will be based on the candidates experience.
Location: Surrey BC
Schedule: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours/week
- Lead and continuously improve Finning Canadas tooling strategy programs and processes.
- Oversee Tool Hub operations tooling deployment asset management inventory control calibration and repair programs.
- Ensure tooling resources are available properly maintained and aligned with operational requirements across the business.
- Drive standardization consistency and best practices for tooling operations nationwide.
- Partner with technicians supervisors branch leaders vendors and OEM partners to improve safety productivity and technician effectiveness.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of tooling technologies and digital solutions.
- Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and business results.
- Develop team capability drive accountability and support organizational change initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in a technical business operations supply chain or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Several years of experience in tooling maintenance service operations asset management heavy equipment industrial operations or a related field.
- Experience leading teams projects programs or operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of inventory management asset lifecycle management maintenance practices and operational processes.
- Proven ability to lead change influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new systems and technologies.
