Job Summary
We are currently seeking 2 Supervisors Maintenance to join our team at Levack Mine!

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance activities across all maintenance disciplines including electrical mechanical (millwright) mobile equipment and shaft maintenance.
- Lead coach and mentor a team of tradespersons and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed according to schedule.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime and support operational targets.
- Collaborate with planners and engineers to prioritize work orders allocate resources and improve maintenance practices.
- Monitor parts usage and ensure adequate inventory levels in collaboration with the warehouse and supply chain teams.
- Assign work monitor progress and provide technical guidance to maintenance crews across all disciplines.
- Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance practices equipment performance and cost efficiency.
- Support the implementation of new technologies digital systems and predictive maintenance practices.
Qualifications: Formal Education Certifications or Equivalents
- Certified Electrician preferred or certified tradesperson with strong electrical background.
Work Experience: Nature & Length
- 7 or more years of maintenance experience in a mining or heavy industrial environment.
- Experience across multiple maintenance disciplines including electrical mechanical and mobile equipment.
- 2 or more years of experience in a leadership role.
Key Competencies: Behaviours & Skills
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of underground mining maintenance practices and standards.
- Familiarity with mining regulations occupational health and safety practices and emergency response.
- Proven ability to successfully lead teams in a dynamic and physically demanding environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and prioritize work effectively.
