• Perform welding processes using appropriate techniques and filler metals for various metals and project requirements.
• Follow welding procedures industry standards and project requirements.
• Assist in preparing quality control documentation and records.
• Conduct visual inspections to detect weld defects and ensure integrity.

• Ensure welded joints meet quality standards through thorough inspections.
• Inspect materials visually before welding to verify specifications.

• Receive inspect and organize incoming materials for inventory control.
• Manage materials ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

• Wear proper PPE and secure workpieces for safe welding operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations for a safe work environment.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.

• Interpret blueprints and project specifications for welding tasks.
• Maintain and repair equipment to prevent breakdowns.

• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders for effective project execution.
• Act as a liaison between departments to resolve technical issues.

• Proven experience in Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) and other semiautomatic wire feed welding processes.
• 3 years experience in structural welding components.
• Previous experience working in an O&G manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex piping issues.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and practices related to pipefitting work.
• Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual labor and work in various conditions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
