Job Summary:
The Store Manager oversees the daily operation of an XPEL installation facility.Core Duties
- Oversee daily operation of the Installation facility including full P&L responsibility
- Manage and develop team of installers
- Acquire retain and manage product sales with Independent Installers and Dealerships
- Meet or exceed both revenue and gross profit objectives outlined by management while maintaining competitive pricing in the marketplace
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service
- Monitor and analyze customers usage of our product; introducing new products
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Perform individual market analyses within the territory to develop new customer and conquest strategies
- Follow up on sales leads
- Help customers through email phone and in person meetings
- Responsible for working with the sales administration team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
Basic Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Business Marketing or related field or equivalent experience of 5 years
- 18 years old with 2 years of driving experience
- Must have a current and valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Must meet insurability requirements under the companys motor vehicle insurance policy.
- Minimum 3 years professional sales experience preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication interpersonal analytical and problem-solving skills
