Job Summary
The Store Assistant plays a critical role in supporting Direct to Consumer (DTC) operations. The five key elements of this position are:

Project management and documentation: Organize track and document store projects to ensure timely execution.

Inventory management: Track and manage product inventory levels to maintain accuracy and availability.

Sales and KPI reporting: Monitor and report sales rewards and KPIs including the design and development of KPI scorecards and initial management.

Customer service: Provide support on customer orders ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution of issues.

Rewards program management: Effectively manage customer service issues related to Rewards and interact with the Rewards Vendor on fulfillment and related processes.
This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to balance operational efficiency with customer satisfaction.
