Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage projects ensuring delivery within budget and scheduled timelines.
- Manage communications and stakeholder expectations including project change requests based on risks issues actions and decisions.
- Coordinate team members to gather requirements and develop effort estimates for proposals.
- Provide project oversight and coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
- Interact directly with clients and manage relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Ensure adherence to client and internal technical standards and guidelines.
- Develop and execute project plans for multiple small- to medium-sized initiatives.
- Create and maintain process and procedure documentation.
- Govern quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions and complete formal project closure activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with external clients internal stakeholders senior management and staff (8 years).
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences (8 years).
- Diplomatic articulate communication style with strong active listening skills (8 years).
- Experience managing application development and IT infrastructure projects using industry best practices (8 years).
- Client-facing experience (8 years).
