- Serve as the functional lead for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes including supply planning demand planning inventory management and executive planning reviews
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement automation and optimization across the planning landscape
- Gather analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions within SAP IBP
- Collaborate with IT and internal stakeholders to configure test and support planning system enhancements including user acceptance testing (UAT) training and change management activities
- Develop and maintain key planning metrics dashboards reports and performance analytics
- Monitor inventory health service levels and other key performance indicators while identifying root causes of performance gaps
- Support monthly S&OP/IBP cycles by ensuring data integrity process adherence and timely delivery of planning outputs
- Champion the use of SAP- IBP and ensure master data integrity and support governance processes related to planning systems
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving planning effectiveness visibility and organizational alignment
- Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts and planning team members on best practices and system utilization
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Operations Information Systems Engineering or a related field
- 5 years of related experience required preferably in industry
- Strong understanding of planning processes including supply planning inventory management and S&OP/IBP
- Experience supporting SAP IBP and SAP applications
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed organizations
