Job Summary
Job - Sr. Jira Application Developer
Location: Vancouver BC - 100% remote position
Pay rate - $52 - $60 p/hr.
Job type6-month contract
Provide Jira Cloud application sustainment services including incident problem and change management activities
Perform Jira Cloud user requests including user account or site maintenance.
Jira Cloud end user support.
Work closely with the application maintenance services team to gain comprehensive insight and understanding of the applications and systems.
The resource must be located within Canada.
Provide estimates for work assigned as requested.
Provide input to system documentation.
Must be able to work in a self-sufficient manner and must be a good team player.
Must possess a commitment to high quality deliverables.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and team member.
Mandatory Skills Certifications and Experience
Jira Cloud administration and support experience 3-5 years
Client facing experience 3-5 years
Using ServiceNow as a service tracking tool 1-2 years
Application support services 3-5 years.
Nice to have skills Certifications and Experience
Jira Cloud Administration certified
C# MS SQL
Version control
ITIL certification
WebPages/WebServices
