Position Overview:

We are looking for aSenior Loyalty Analytics Analystto lead data-driven insights for ourCRM &loyalty program. You will own the analytics function for loyalty turning complex customer transaction and engagement data into strategic recommendations that boost retention increase lifetime value and maximize program ROI. This is a high-impact senior role where yourexpertisewill directly shape loyalty strategy.

What Youll Do:

  • Development and optimization of advanced SQL queries and data models to extract transform and analyze large volumes of loyalty transactionalsubscription and behavioral data from multiple sources.

  • Design build andmaintainself-servedPower BI dashboards and reports using advanced DAX star-schema modeling and performance optimization techniques to track key loyalty metrics such as retention/churn customer lifetime value (CLV) segment performance redemption rates campaign ROI and tier effectiveness.

  • Conduct in-depthAd Hoc analysis aboutcustomer segmentation cohortevaluationbehavioral deep-dives and program performance toidentifyopportunities and risks.

  • Supportend-to-end loyalty analytics: evaluatemarketingcampaignseffectiveness and provide clear actionable recommendations to the loyalty andMarketingteams.

  • Partner closely with Product Finance and Executive teams to translate insights into prioritized business strategies and roadmaps.

  • Present compelling executive-ready insights and storytelling dashboards/Presentationsto senior leadership.

Lets Talk About You:

  • Advanced SQLexpertise highly proficient with complex queries (CTEs window functions performance tuning and optimization) on large-scale datasets.

  • Expert-level Power BIproficiencyisa must strong command of DAX data modeling row-level security custom visuals and Power BI Service governance.

  • Previousexperience with loyalty programs proventrack recordanalyzing loyalty initiatives (points tiers rewards redemption retention mechanics).

  • 5 years of hands-on analytics experience preferably in loyalty CRM customer retention or related domains.

  • Bachelors degree in DataAnalytics Statistics Business Analytics Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

  • Strong business acumen and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to executive audiences.

Salary Range:

$73000.00 - $102000.00 / year
