POSITION OVERVIEW

Senior Account Executive

In partnership with Felix our client is seeking an experienced and talented individual to join their sales team. The ideal candidate is an inspirational sales professional who can thrive in a high impact high-autonomy role while owning a large territory selling into top financial institutions.

This role offers more than a quota it provides real influence growth and exposure. Youll own an enterprise financial services territory end to end while partnering closely with leadership in a fast-growing agile company that values your expertise in data technology and relationships. Your ideas will directly shape go-to-market strategy product positioning and overall impact giving you a true seat at the table. Supported by a collaborative high-performing team youll have the opportunity to make your mark while helping scale meaningful change across the financial services industry.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Own full-cycle enterprise sales across a portfolio of high-value financial institutionsincluding banks large credit unions and auto finance companies.

Prospect qualify develop and close new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts.

Tailor account-based sales plans that result in consistent pipeline growth and bookings.

Earn the trust of senior executives by deeply understanding their business challenges and presenting compelling solutions.

Deliver product demos proposals and business cases that clearly communicate value and ROI.

Partner closely with marketing and product teams to align customer needs with the clients capabilities.

Be a road warriortravel to customer sites industry events and executive meetings to build face-to-face relationships and accelerate deal velocity.

Represent our client at conferences and field events to elevate brand awareness and pipeline activity.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Education & Experience

7 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience selling into large financial institutions.

Proven track record of hunting and closing complex six- and seven-figure deals.

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate complex organizations and influence executive stakeholders.

Skills & Abilities

A passion for getting on the roadyoure energized by client meetings and field travel.

Excellent written oral communication and presentation skills.

Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and a consultative approach to sales.

Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving high-responsibility environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; effectively prioritize and manage multiple demands positively.

Possess strong customer service skills; promotes quality customer service.

Excellent analytical problem-solving decision-making and critical thinking skills.

High professional standards for integrity accuracy and accountability.

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to travel throughout Canada.
