Spray Finisher

We are currently hiring an experienced Spray Finisher for a manufacturing company in Mississauga. The ideal candidate should have experience with spray painting/finishing on wood metal or custom manufactured products and be able to maintain high-quality finishing standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for spray finishing (sanding cleaning masking etc.)

• Apply paints stains lacquers and coatings using spray equipment

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Mix paints and coatings as required

• Maintain spray booth and finishing equipment

• Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards

• Work closely with the production team to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Spray Finisher or Industrial Painter

• Knowledge of spray guns coatings and finishing techniques

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods

• Team player with good communication skills

• Experience in manufacturing or custom fabrication environment is an asset
