Your team:

You will be working on an energetic and active Sport Programming Team. This team prides itself on creating the absolute best experience for the youth within our space and puts our Youth FirstAlways value at the core of its work. The Sport Programming Team is passionate about the community supporting our hourly staff the impact of sport and we love to collaboratelearnand grow in the fun fast-paced and inclusive environment of MLSELaunchPad.

• Making MLSELaunchPadthe best place it can be

Fostering a culture of warmth acceptance and fun at MLSELaunchPadwhile ensuring adherence toexpectations and that respect and kindness are prioritized.

• Supportingwith theset-up andexecution ofin-person MLSELaunchPadSportForDevelopmentprograms

Assistingwith the design implementation and evaluation of a sport program schedule for program participants that includes age-appropriate activities and all elements of MLSELaunchPadcore programming standards.Instruct sport programs based on the specific sport and lifeskills objectivesof MLSELaunchPadprograms.

• Prioritizing safety and FUN

Making sure thatall ofour youth are physically and mentally safe whileparticipatingin programming and that FUN is alwaystop of mind.

• Participating in special projects and other related duties as

• You have familiarity delivering youth sport programming

Background and knowledge in children andyouthsport recreation and/or physical activity programs is considered an asset. HIGH FIVE trainingNCCP Certifications Mental Health First Aidsport specific coachingcertificationsand experience -wereherefor all of those!

• You have orarewilling to get Standard First Aid and CPR certifications.

• You havea clear Vulnerable Sector background check.

• You are available to work flexible hours.
