Job Summary
JoinAtkinsRéalis Operations & Maintenance team and play a key role in delivering technical projects within a hospital environment. Reporting to the FM Site Manager you will contribute to the planning coordination and execution of projects focused on the modernization replacement and optimization of critical building systems while ensuring continuity of operations qualitysafetyand client satisfaction.
Coordinate technical projects related to building systems and infrastructure within an active healthcare environment.
Coordinate projects involving the replacementmodernizationand optimization of critical building systems including mechanical electrical and facility infrastructure assets.
Validate project deliverables including reports technical specifications plans schedulesestimatesandcompletiondocumentation.
Analyze requirements and ensurethe successfulimplementationacceptanceand follow-up of project work.
Develop andmonitorproject budgetsschedulesand invoicing activities while ensuring compliance with projectobjectives.
Coordinate internal stakeholderssubcontractorsand external professionals throughout project execution.
Participate in tender preparation bid evaluationsnegotiationsand contractor selection processes.
Ensure compliance with health safety environmental and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous project performance and quality improvement.
Technical Engineering or Architectural training related to building systems electromechanical systems buildingconstructionor property management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management involving building electromechanical systems facilities maintenance infrastructureupgradesor healthcare environments.
Proficiencyin coordinating contractors consultants and stakeholders while managing budgetsschedulesand project deliverables.
Ability to work effectively in an operational environment where service continuity riskmanagementand client satisfaction are critical.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office SuiteTeamsand MS Project.

Expected compensation for this role is $68800 - $94600 annually. Base salaries aredeterminedaccording to several parameters like skills experience and potential impact on the role.Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
