Work Location
This position will be based in Saskatoon (with periodic travel to the Jansen Mine Site). The associated work schedule will be 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Hybrid working (flexible shared workstations and a combination of office and work from home) is standard for BHP.

The Challenge Ahead
The Specialist Integrated Planning is responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated plan from a 2-week horizon through to the 2-Year Plan (2YP) ensuring alignment across mining processing maintenance logistics and sales & marketing. The role supports delivery of the 2-Year Budget (2-Year Plan and Budget (2YB)) and Capital Allocation Process (CAP) by providing credible optimized and value-driven plans while establishing and embedding effective ways of working systems and continuous improvement within Integrated Planning.
In this role you will:
- Support the implementation and stand-up of Integrated Planning systems and tools including hands-on configuration data setup testing and refinement of planning applications to enable end-to-end planning processes
- Develop and maintain the integrated plan (2 weeks to 2YP) integrating inputs from mining processing maintenance logistics and sales & marketing across the value chain.
- Support the setup and delivery of the 2YP production plan and 2YB CAP cycle including development of production profiles and key metrics
- Ensure production plans deliver on product volume and quality targets while aligning with Marketing requirements through Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) routines to support sales commitments
- Develop reports and conduct analysis to support decision-making including monthly production compliance
- Monitor plan performance and risks incorporate execution feedback and work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve planning accuracy and outcomes
- Establish and embed Integrated Planning ways of working including development of work instructions and standard procedures supporting broader governance and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align inputs resolve trade-offs and constructively challenge assumptions where required to improve plan quality
What Youll Bring to the Role
- 24 years of experience in potash processing operations preferred; mining or other industrial experience considered
- Degree or diploma in Engineering Supply Chain Business or a related discipline
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret production and planning data
- Experience working across multiple functions (e.g. mining processing maintenance logistics or supply chain) in a planning or coordinating context
- High attention to detail and ability to manage work within defined planning cycles
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated growth-oriented behaviours including curiosity ownership accountability adaptability and reflective practice
