Specialist, Digital Solutions

Role Overview:

The Specialist Digital Solutions leads the technical business analysis and solution requirements function for personalization use cases. This role translates journey and business requirements into detailed data trigger integration QA and delivery requirements needed to enable activation. Working across portfolios the role confirms data availability identifies technical gaps coordinates with partner teams and ensures use cases are fully enabled and launch-ready. Reporting to the Director Marketing Technology Solution Design & Enablement the Specialist leads or coordinates resources responsible for solution requirements data validation integration readiness and QA support.

Position Responsibilities:

Technical Requirements and Solution Readiness

• Translate business and journey requirements into technical and operational requirements.
• Define data needs trigger logic eligibility rules suppression requirements integration needs and QA expectations.
• Confirm data availability and identify gaps that may impact delivery. Partner with technical teams to resolve missing attributes triggers integrations or data flow issues.

Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate across data technology activation measurement and business teams to support use case readiness.
• Build workback plans for technical dependencies and validation steps.
• Track risks blockers and open decisions related to technical enablement.
• Ensure requirements are clear before use cases move into build.

QA and Governance

• Establish QA plans for data flows audience logic triggers integrations and measurement setup.
• Support testing and launch readiness reviews.
• Troubleshoot issues during build QA launch and early post-launch monitoring.
• Improve standards documentation and repeatable solution patterns.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in business analysis marketing technology solution enablement data enablement personalization or technical delivery.
• Strong understanding of customer data audience logic campaign triggers integrations QA and activation workflows.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• University or college degree in marketing communications business or a related field of study
• Strong analytical documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
